Return & Refund

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from https://azurebeauty.shop, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of receipt (excluding opened products).

Refund conditions:
1. First you need to contact customer service for a refund request within 30 days of receiving the product, once the 30 days have passed, we will no longer accept your refund request.

2. If it was our mistake that caused you to actually receive the wrong or damaged item(excluding minor dust or defects on the package), we will provide a no-obligation refund. Please contact us and include a picture of your entire order, as well as the damaged/unqualified items and a brief description of the issue. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction.

3. If the refund is made for the customer's own reasons, such as not liking it, not wanting it anymore, etc., we will need to charge a handling fee of 20% of the selling price for the returned product. Also, any original shipping costs or return shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is an error on our part.

4. As a result of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards, all items must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.

5. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your return. Please ship your item to the address provided in the email and provide us with a tracking number for your return and we will process your refund. Generally, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days.

6. Please be aware that orders placed with redeeming rewards/in-app rewards (e.g. game coins) are eligible for a 50% refund max.

Special circumstances:
1. Since our products are sold worldwide, although it is a very small probability, your parcel may encounter customs clearance, in this case, please contact our customer service first to assist in solving the problem. However, if you refuse to pick up your package, we will not be able to guarantee a full refund.

2. If the parcel is sent to the wrong address because the customer filled in the wrong address himself, we will provide the information of the logistics provider to assist in modifying the address, but we will not make a refund.
